Environmental hygiene (I): practical steps in keeping the home and workplace clean, together with measures to prevent and control disease and pests. 4. Environmental hygiene (II): as above but focused on the water supply and dealing with animals. 5. Hygiene in the workplace (factories): keeping industrial workers healthy and safe. 6. Healthcare for mother and child: pre- and post-natal care for mother and child. 7. Nutrition and healthcare: people with conditions caused by malnourishment, the proper foods to combat the condition, and the resultant healthy individual. 8. Hygiene at school: practices to keep schoolchildren healthy and disease-free. 9. Health in the countryside: simple exercises, keeping water pure and clean, prevention of pests and disease etc. 10. Hygiene and travel: fumigation of aircraft, inoculation of travellers etc.
