Description

Mainliners set up in 1999 a unit called SMART, standing for Streatham Mainliners Assessment Referral Team, as a direct-access service for the people with drug-related problems in the South Lambeth area of London (Mainliners website, accessed 25 November 2009). However, the use of the pre-1996 telephone code on this poster seems to antedate the establishment of SMART
