Description
Magazine insert from the August 1899 advertising "Bile Beans". Printed in dark blue and lime green on pale green paper it includes the story of Mrs. J.H. Crumplin, her cure from attacks of biliousness and Joseph Atwell, a Welsh railway worker and his liver complaints which were cured by Bile Beans. The beans are also recommended for influenza, colds and indigestion. Cover illustration by E.R. Crosse.
