Hand note

Humanist hand similar to those in Oxford, Corpus Christi College, MSS 97-99.

(not before 1722, not after 1774): Owned by Anthony Askew (1722-1774) and sold at his auction sale, G. Leigh and J. Sotheby, London, 15 March 1785, lot 546 to James Sims (1741-1820).
