Bisaker, Hannah

Hannah Bisaker her book [of cookery receipts] the 12th September. Anno: 1692.

On the verso of fol. 11 are the names of various members of the Buchanan family, including that of Hannah, which was apparently the maiden name of the compiler. The receipts are mostly for pies, including mince pies, venison pasties, steak pies, etc.: there are some pages of ornamental designs for pastry.
