Description
Include columns for the following information: 'date',' number', 'description of article' (usually only one or two lines), 'cost or value', 'where obtained' (in the early volumes this is often simply a country of origin but later may be the name of an auction house, date and lot number, the name of a collection or, if acquired on a collecting tour, the name of the agent and precise details of where purchased), 'where placed' (usually a case number), 'remarks' (eg. dimensions, country of origin).
WA/HMM/CM/Acc/1-20 - Old Registration ('R') numbers (numbers given in brackets are associated 'A' numbers); WA/HMM/CM/Acc/21-56 New Registration ('R year) numbers
