Biographical note

Roger Miles graduated from Hull in 1966 and joined the Ministry of Defence (Navy) working in the Navy's Applied Psychology Unit in Teddington. In 1970 to 1973 he was at the Army School of Instructional Technology then became a consultant occupational psychologist until his retirement. Miles is a fellow of the British Psychological Society.
