Notes

The following description was provided by James Gardiner: "Publicity card signed in ink by Hinge and Bracket [from the] late 1980s. Patrick Fyffe (1942-2002) and George Logan (born c. 1940) were female impersonators who never appeared in public out of character. Their popular television show 'Dear Ladies ', screened 1983-1985, presented them as a pair of cultured and musical elderly spinsters, performing comic sketches as well as light opera and musical comedy numbers, with Fyffe as Dame Hilda Bracket making full use of his falsetto mezzo-sopranao voice accompanied by Logan as Dr Evadne Hinge at the piano."
