About this work

Description

The Newham Council project was a year long agreement with Newham council to act as consultants in order to analyse the workplace and the workers in order to use the information gained to unveil issues of specific teams and use the information to maximise the productivity of the departments. The project was split into three phases which included interviews with council staff and working group meetings. However the project was left unfinished when Newham council chose not to continue with Phase three of the proposed plan.
