Fair Employment Agency Recruitment Study

This project focused on the effects of the government's 1987 document "Religious Equality of Opportunity in Employment: a Guide to Effective Practice" at Northern Ireland Electricity. It looked at the ways the company was reacting to the paper and suggested ways in which they could improve their working. Including field notes, reports and correspondence.
